No matter what form they take, at the root of all addiction is the natural desire to satisfy our human needs for security, comfort and love. Yet at a deeper level, we know that our addiction cannot fill the emptiness inside and will not lead to lasting peace or satisfaction. At Chopra Addiction and Wellness Center we are committed to supporting every guest in recovering from addiction and reclaiming physical health and emotional wellbeing.
Are you struggling to break the cycle of addiction or other forms of trauma? Based on our extensive experience working with guests who have histories of emotional struggle such as depression with destructive compelling behaviors, we recommend as a minimum the 6 Week Program for maximum benefit. Guests who invest 6 or more weeks to explore and practice new ways of being with self and others leave with confidence and a well- informed continuing care plan.
People who come to our Center have often tried other means to change or stop their unhealthy behaviors but recognized that in order to fully reclaim their life outside of these compulsive behaviors, they needed to address their deeper issues. We have found that guests who invest a minimum of 28 days have enjoyed tremendous shifts in their relationship with self and others. A goal of our treatment is to increase awareness of individual strengths and healthy coping strategies and work with these to facilitate recovery and long term wellness.
Our 14 day immersion into body-mind-spirit integration allows guests to develop deeper levels of awareness, and move towards more conscious choice-making leading to a more integrated lifestyle. The program includes therapeutic work supporting you to go inward to identify your strengths and develop more nurturing, self-empowering behaviors and perspectives, meditation and yoga with focused support and safety, massage and acupuncture, art therapy, educational sessions and you will learn the timeless tools of Ayurveda.
The Healthy Weight Program is part of our body-mind-spirit integration that allows guests to develop deeper levels of awareness and move towards more conscious choice-making. When we are living in balance, we have a natural sense of ease, enthusiasm and well-being.
